Tired of those two-week vacation stints? Apply for a digital nomad visa and spend up to one year living and working abroad!

First of all, what is a digital nomad visa? It’s a visa that lets you work remotely in a foreign country without a work permit.

With more and more destinations rolling out visas for remote workers, it’s easier than ever to pack your bags and spend an extended period of time in a country.

What Are The Benefits of a Digital Nomad Visa?

Why should you get a digital nomad visa instead of working remotely without one?

  • You can stay longer: Instead of worrying about visa runs and having to hop countries every one to three months, you can stay put for up to one year.
  • You have time to get into a routine: You can find a local coffee shop, your go-to bar for after-work drinks, and slowly tick off your bucket list.
  • You can live like a local: When you’re in a country for one year, you have the chance to travel slowly and explore a destination like a local, not a tourist.

Not sure where to start or how to navigate the requirements?

Below, you’ll find some of the best (and most affordable) digital nomad visas, along with instructions for how to get them. I’m breaking everything down from income requirements to visa costs.

Plus, you’ll find a handy link to the application so you can get started right away. Take this as your sign to stop wondering, and go!
